My refrigerator was not getting cold so I called Andrew and explained that I am on a fixed income and that my refrigerator was not getting cold but that my freezer was still working. He told me what was wrong and what to fix and sure enough he was right. I really appreciate that he gave me the instruction on what to do rather than to just say that he would have to come out and fix it himself. He’s a great guy who understands that it means more to help others rather than to just put money in his pocket. There should be more people like him. If you need repair work done call him he’ll treat you right.

ANDREW text me and let me know he was on his way, he gave me the times that he said he would be here and he was. When he got here, he went right to work on the washing machine, within about five minutes he diagnose the problem. He gave me an estimate before he started. I thought it was fair, we agreed on the price, so he went out to his van and got what he needed to fix it. He came back in and fixed it. I had never met him before but reading his reviews from my google search I called and set up an appointment. Our washing machine would not spin properly. Andrew arrived within the given time window and immediately diagnosed the problem. He had the part on hand and the machine was operating again in 15 minutes. I've never been happier. He then took some time to educate me on how I can best extend the life of my machine.
